The benchmark data, pricing models, and assessment methodology used by Kwoute are proprietary to Qwualiti Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this data without our express written permission.

Our Services use artificial intelligence and large language model technology (including Google Cloud Platform and Gemini) to process uploaded documents and generate assessment reports. You acknowledge that:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QWUALITI LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON OUR ASSESSMENTS, INCLUDING ANY FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING FROM REPAIR QUOTES YOU ACCEPT OR REJECT.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Legal Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
